Wonderful small place to stay with good internet. Friendly stuff throughout. Sensational breakfast with yoghurt and home made bread, as example.

Central heating, an iron/ironing board, and coffee/tea makers were available in my standard queen room. The staff was amazing and helpful, offered polite services. Location: the hotel was just next door to the pub across the road, Chichester and surrounding 

The location was marvellous and brilliant, just next door to the ‘ Farmer Butcher Chef' restaurant which was so amazing, the sea and the lovely garden. Also, Goodwood Motor Circuit Motorsport Track 

Well-equipped and well-appointed room and comfortable bathroom with dressing gowns and free toiletries. Freshly cooked and amazing breakfasts with local organic products & home made bread and locally sourced organic food, as example. Very amiable 

Had great stay for my visit to Arundel with an overnight stay. I were in a marvellous and lovely location very close to surrounding attractions.

The location of the hotel was MARVELLOUS, in walking distance to the ‘ Farmer Butcher Chef' restaurant which was so amazing. What's more, it was right by Arundel, west wittering and the local vineyard for tasting which was 

The hotel serves marvellous vegetarian breakfast with local organic products and pastries, as example. The rooms are spotless and airy, have hypoallergenic pillows.

The food provided was gorgeous. The guest room was exceptionally nice with tea making facilities.

I find it a charming small place to stay. Affable, excellent staff, thank you very much for treating me so well. The location is brilliant, to the ‘ Farmer Butcher Chef' restaurant which was so amazing. They serve plenty of meals, the food 

The room was airy and modern on lower floors, and I slept very well. The breakfast looked freshly prepared and marvellous with variety of options. This location was lovely, next to a very nice area, Littlehampton and the local attractions.  

The breakfast was fresh made and very very good with excellent scrambled egg and local organic products & home made bread and yoghurt, the staff was friendly. It was in an unbeatable and lovely location in walking distance 

It was warm time in Chichester. The location was great and brilliant, to the theatre in Chichester and the interior design was nice. Further, it was near the pub across the road, the centre, and beaches of distinction. 

Everything is excellent here, had a very lovely stay for my visit to Arundel with an overnight stay. The setting is absolutely perfect and lovely, next to the local vineyard for tasting which was less than a ten minute walk away 

The units are well decorated and brand-new with thoughtful touches.
